As a key connector between the field and central P&O teams, the Area P&O Partner influences leadership capability, champions well-being and inclusion, and supports change in a fast-paced, multicultural, and matrixed environment. The role plays a critical part in translating enterprise P&O strategies into local impact, contributing to both regional success and broader organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
As Area People Partner Denmark, you are the trusted sparring partner for Area leadership and Practice Managers across our Danish clinics. You translate AniCura’s People & Culture vision into daily practice, supporting leaders in building engaged teams, strong collaboration, and sustainable performance.
You work with leaders, not over them. You bring clarity, perspective and calm in moments of growth, change or tension. And you help keep the focus where it belongs: on people delivering great care.
What you will focus on:
• Partnering with Area leadership and Practice Managers on leadership, team dynamics and people topics that matter in the clinics
• Supporting change, growth and organisational development in a practical, down-to-earth way
• Strengthening engagement, wellbeing and retention through insight, dialogue and follow-up
• Coaching leaders in people leadership, performance conversations and development
• Translating People & Culture strategy into clear, workable actions for the field
• Working closely with TA and Associate Relations colleagues, while not owning recruitment or case management yourself
• Using people insights to spot patterns, risks and opportunities across the area
What this role is not:
• You do not own complex associate relations cases or investigations
• You do not run recruitment processes
• You do not sit primarily behind a desk
• Your value is in presence, judgement, and partnership.

• Languages: Fluency in English (mandatory), Danish (mandatory) and Swedish (preferred)
• Travel : This role requires frequent travel to clinics
Education & Professional Qualifications:
• Minimum: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Preferred: P&O professional certification (e.g., CIPD, SP&OM).
Knowledge / Experience:
• Solid experience as a People / HR Business Partner in a multi-site environment (5+ years experience)
• Strong understanding of Danish labour context (and comfort navigating complexity)
• Natural credibility with leaders : you are calm, clear and constructive
• A practical mindset: you know when to zoom out and when to get close
• Fluency in Danish and English
• Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and multiple priorities
• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret P&O metrics.
